What is an escape room?
An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objectives at hand.
Do you have an age restriction?
We have a recommended age of 13 years or older to experience our rooms. If any members of your party are 13 years old or younger, we require an adult chaperone. Children 5 & under are free.
How long does the experience last?
Enjoy a quick 30-minute escape or double your fun with a 60-minute double feature at a special price. Craving more challenges? Explore our Loveland and Estes Park locations for a variety of 60-minute escape rooms.
Will I be able to leave the game before the timer ends?
Yes, you will be able to freely leave the games at any time during your session. The door will never be locked however the timer will not stop.
What is the minimum group that can participate in a game?
The minimum participants per game is 2. But some puzzles are easier with more people.
Can I still play if I show up late?
To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend unwinding in our lounge before or after your game. We ask that you show up 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are not ready to play by the time your game is scheduled to start, you will not be able to play, and you will not be issued a refund.
Can I reschedule my game?
While all purchases are final, we understand that sometimes things come up. We will be happy to reschedule your room booking with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
In the event that weather conditions prevent our Time Professors from safely coming in to run your experience, we will notify you as soon as possible to provide a full refund or schedule an alternate date!
Are your rooms handicap accessible?
Our escape rooms are located in the basement level and are only accessible via stairs, but the rooms themselves are handicap accessible.
Do I need a reservation to enjoy the escape room experience?
We strongly recommend making a reservation, as that is the best way to ensure that the time you want to book will be available. Payment is required at the time of booking. Walk-ins during lounge hours are possible, but depend on availability.
Where are you located?
We are located in the north end of Old Town, Fort Collins. Its address is 400 N. College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
We now offer experiences in three locations in Loveland, Fort Collins, and Estes Park.
Our Estes Park location is located next to the Starbucks in the Stanley Village Shopping Center. Its address is 541 Big Thompson Ave Building P Unit C, Estes Park, CO 80517.
Our Loveland location is near Loveland Laser Tag in the Denver Ave Commercial Park. Its address is 391 Denver Ave, Loveland, CO 80537, next to the bakery outlet at the entrance to the commercial park.
Are the games private or am I with others?
All escape room sessions are automatically marked private. If your party is paying individually please call us to make arrangements once one of you has booked so we can temporarily open the booking time for the rest of your party. Once everyone has booked, call us and we will block off the remaining slots.
